Q: Do I need a prescription to order medications?

No, however we strongly reccommend that you consult your physician and obtain one!

Q: What if my medical condition changes?

Should your medical condition change in any way, please fill out a new patient medical questionnaire.

Q: How long does it take to fill my order?

An order may take up to 3 days to process. Should there be a manufacturer's short in the medication you have ordered, which may cause a significant delay in your shipment then we will contact you to inform you of this.

Q: What happens if my order is not approved?

If your order is not approved we will contact you to inform you of this.

Q: Will you accept my insurance?

No! We cannot accept your insurance at this time. We will issue you a proper receipt for your medication purchase. You may submit this to your insurance company. Note that your insurance company may or may not accept a Canadian medication receipt.

Q: May I return or exchange my prescription?

Pharmaceutical regulations in addition to safety concers do not allow us to accept returned medication.

Q: May I purchase all the medications that I need from your pharmacy?

That depends on the medication you order. Not all medications available in the USA are available at Love Life Pharmacy.

Also certain medications are not approved by the US-FDA and therefore we cannot ship them into the USA.

There are certain medications, which require special packaging for transport. Our postal service may not be able to fulfill these requirements.

Love Life Pharmacy does not send any narcotics, controlled substances or sedatives.

Our medication list is constantly being updated and we strive to give you the best possible selection and price.

Q: Is my medical information kept confidential?

Yes! All medication, personal and payment information is kept strictly confidential. Love LifePharmacy follows all confidentiality regulations. All Love Life Pharmacy employees must sign and uphold a confidentiality agreement. Any information not required or printed in error by Love LifePharmacy will be shredded.

Q: How long does it take to receive my package after it leaves your pharmacy?

Medication ordered from Love LifePharmacy is shipped via Express Postal Service to the United States. The length of time it takes for your package to be shipped after it leaves our pharmacy is dependant on your area of residence, any postal back-up or customs clearance times. We usually foresee shipping time of about 14 days, however this varies based on the above conditions.

Q: What are your shipping charges?
